By using NakshiBari, you agree to use it responsibly for your tailoring business and to comply with local Bangladesh regulations.
Acceptable use
You may use NakshiBari to operate your tailoring or fashion business. You may not use it for illegal activity, harassment, or impersonating other shops.
Billing & cancellations
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; service remains available until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Intellectual property
Your business content (products, photos, brand assets) remains yours. NakshiBari retains rights to the software, brand, and design system.
Liability
NakshiBari is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect business losses. We act in good faith to keep the platform reliable and secure.
